Heartsaver CPR / AED

In-person 2-hour session $50.00. Offered upon request. Limit eight students per class

The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver CPR / AED course objectives include Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, Adult, Child, and Infant Choking, and Adult, Child, and Infant use of AED. Upon successful completion of the course, students will
receive a two-year certification.

Heartsaver First Aid

During the AHA First Aid course objectives include:
First aid basics, medical emergencies, Injury emergencies, and Environmental emergencies
Note- This course covers Heartsaver First Aid only and does not include CPR and AED
Training.
Upon successful completion, the student will receive a 2-year certification card

The American Heart Association First Aid / CPR / AED Course covers all the course content for First Aid / CPR / AED in one class. Upon successful completion, the student will receive a 2-year certification card.

Pediatric Heartsaver First Aid / CPR / AED

The AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for childcare workers, teachers, camp counselors, or anyone involved in childcare who is responsible for sick or injured children, infants, and neonates until professional help arrives. During the AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED course, objectives include:

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)

In-person 3-hour session $80.00 Offered Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays 08:30 am-11:30 am and 12:30 pm-3:30 pm. Limit eight students per class.

Basic Life Support (BLS) training reinforces the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, the basic steps of performing CPR, relieving choking, and using an AED, and the role of each link in the Chain of Survival for healthcare professionals, paramedics, firefighters, nurses, physicians, and dentists,

AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

In-person 4-hour session $130.00 offeredFull Course upon request class Limit 6 students per class.

Upon successful completion, the
student will receive a 2-year certification card.

 

The blended learning option requires two parts

BLS 1-hour $60.00 or ACLS 1-hour $65.00 Offered daily.

Part 1-Visit www.elearning.heart.org, and purchase and complete the online written portion for Heartsaver, BLS, or ACLS.
Part 2—Schedule the skills/hands-on portion within 30 days of completing part 1. Bring your certificate of completion of part one to the part 2 skills/hands-on portion. If you have not completed or shown proof of completion of part 1, you will not be allowed to complete part 2. Upon successful completion, the student will receive a 2-year certification card. Part 2 skills/hands-on check of sessions will be held daily at the Physical Life LLC office at 850 Hampton RD McDonough, GA 30253.

Family and friends CPR

90 minutes $20.00 Offered upon request. Limit ten students per class.

The course objectives are Adult Hands-Only CPR/Adult CPR with Breaths/AED/Choke, Child CPR/AED/Choking, and Infant CPR/Choking. Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a CPR course completion card to meet a job requirement. This course is ideal for community groups, new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and others interested in learning how to save a life.
